.1 Mobilization, demobilization and General Project Requirements, including construction management, erosion control, site clearing, coordination with existing power lines, surveys, etc. .2 Hydrovac (if required) for utility and services locating. .3 Protection of existing river banks, landscaping features and utilities during construction. .4 Removal and disposal of existing hard surfacing materials including concrete as well as granular and/or base materials. .5 Removal and disposal of existing soft surfacing materials including landscaping, topsoil and grass, pump and any associated appurtenances. .6 Demolition of existing underground electrical infrastructure, including existing service conductors, conductors out to pumps and lighting, and associated conduits. .7 Removal and disposal of existing chain link fence and gates. .8 Supply and installations of wetwell, pump, pipes, valves, and pipe connections. .9 Relocation of existing pump control cabinet and associated concrete base to new location. .10 Installation of new service conductors to the newly relocated control station from new ATCO service entry point. .11 Installation of new conduit and cable, as required on drawings .12 Installation of new site lighting, as required on drawings .13 Installation of new fence and gates around the infrastructure. .14 Open cut or trenchless pipe installation, including connections to existing system, wetwell, pipes, or valves. .15 Removal, storage, disposal and installation of signage. .16 Site restoration, including sodding of disturbed areas and restoration to existing conditions or better.
