Description

Addition to a water / sewer project in Peach Springs, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a wastewater treatment plant.

Plan call to expand 70-mile water supply to Grand Canyon West. This project is part of the Tribe’s water rights settlement agreement. As of January 14, 2021, This project is conceptual. The water rights settlement agreement needs to be passed by both the House and Senate and then signed by the President prior to any further movement on the project. To date there has been no change to the Tribe’s water rights settlement agreement. An engineer has been selected for the project. A firm timeline for bidding and construction has not been established.
