The project addresses a need identified and prioritized through the ReBuild Houston Process utilizing a worst first methodology, objective data and benefit/cost analysis. The project will be designed and constructed to improve traffic circulation, drainage and safety in the service area As of July 12, 2022, this project is currently in the FY 2023-2027 CIP . Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction Fy 2025.
