Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 5,810-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Region is inviting Bids from qualified contractors to provide goods and services with respect to the Work. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the construction of the Oak Ridges Air Management Facility located at 57 Kind Road, City of Richmond Hill. Bidders must list one of the microtunnelling Subcontractors pre-qualified under Request for Pre-Qualification No. RFPQ-21-24 (as identified below) for the microtunnelling component of the Work.
