Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Quincy, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The work includes, but is not limited to the following: improvements to the odor control and HVAC systems at the Nut Island Headworks located in Quincy, Massachusetts. Such improvements include, but are not limited to, replacement of carbon treatment units, fans, dampers, chemical systems and controls; replacement of air handling units, boilers and unit heaters; replacement of ductwork; excavation, removal and repair of an underground roof; installation of roof hatches; underground diesel storage tanks abandonment and new tanks installation; replacement of the emergency spillway isolation gates; installation of a new egress stairway; and miscellaneous site work.
