21355 Boone Theater Boone Theater is an historic renovation of a three story masonry and steel structure with an approximate footprint of 8,000 SF. This project consist of selective demolition, exterior façade renovations including masonry and stucco restoration, structural upgrades, site utility improvements, new roofing, new elevator and all new interior buildout and finishes. This is not an all-inclusive list of scope but a general idea of the work. The owner is pursing tax exempt status but has not been finalized. Include an add alternate for material sales tax in your proposal. This project includes minority participation goals of 15% MBE and 10% WBE business enterprise. Project will require Prevailing wages.
