The work under this contract shall consist of connecting the existing 10-foot-wide paved multi-use trail to an existing buried box culvert. The project will convert the existing box culvert, built with the STH 67 expansion project, into a pedestrian underpass. Storm sewer, lighting, video surveillance and the construction of new retaining walls will be part of the trail connection. No work will occur within the STH 67 pavement area. Portions of the realigned Lake Country Trail, south of Oconomowoc Parkway, will be located within existing easements on property that is owned by WE Energies, Kwik Trip and Target Distribution Center.
