Working plans call for the construction of a seven-story above grade, 148-unit multi-residential development; retail development; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and 20,163-square-foot, three-story above grade clubhouse / community center.

Development of a mixed-use residential and retail on the site of one of three commuter lots at Wilson Subway station. BLOCK 3 - north across a new east-west public road and fronting a 3,070 m public park, with a condominium building proposed alongside Wilson Heights Boulevard, rising 7 storeys with 148 condo units. BLOCK 4 - northwest across a new north-south public road, and would house a 3-storey, 1,867 m community centre with a surrounding outdoor green space. TIMELINE: Project is on hold. Rezoning and plan of subdivision approvals are in place. Construction of Blocks 1 and 2 are ongoing; details are followed on a separate report. Scope of work for future blocks will be finalized pending subsequent site plan submissions with the city of Toronto. Schedules for working drawings, tender and construction are undetermined pending approvals as well as the completion of Blocks 1 and 2. Further update summer/fall 2026. *This project has been funded as part of the city of Toronto incentive, Housing Now plan. *Following a competitive market offering process launched by CBRE Limited on behalf of the City and CreateTO in the fall of 2019, the development of the Housing has been awarded to Tridel Builders Inc. and Greenwin Holdings Inc.
