Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a seven-story above grade, 148-unit multi-residential development; retail development; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and two-story above grade clubhouse / community center.

Development of a mixed-use residential and retail on the site of one of three commuter lots at Wilson Subway station. Block 3 is located directly to the north across a new east-west public road and fronting a 3,070 m public park, with a condominium building proposed alongside Wilson Heights Boulevard, rising 7 storey and housing 148 condo units. Block 4 is located to the northwest across a new north-south public road, and would house a three-storey, 1,867 m community centre with a surrounding outdoor green space. TIMELINE: The rezoning and plan of subdivision were approved by the city of Toronto. A draft plan of subdivision application will follow in the near future to create the proposed development blocks, the roads and the public park. Following a competitive market offering process launched by CBRE Limited on behalf of the City and CreateTO in the fall of 2019, the development of the Housing Now site at 50 Wilson Heights Blvd. has been awarded to Tridel Builders Inc. and Greenwin Holdings Inc. The development of Blocks One and Two are proceeding separately through the site plan submissions process. The scope of work for future phases will be finalized pending subsequent site plan submissions for these phases. Schedules for working drawings, tender and construction are undetermined. *Concept design was completed by Kirkor Architects and Planners. *This project has been funded as part of the city of Toronto incentive, Housing Now plan.
