A timeline for award has not yet been established. ** The project is for the Phase 1 Facade Repairs at Stratton VAMC located in Albany, NY 12208. The Contractor shall provide all Management, Supervision, Labor, Materials, Equipment, Tools, and Transportation to execute work for the facade repairs located at the Main VA Medical Center. This project is being solicited as a Total small business set-aside. Project Magnitude: Between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. NAICS:238140 - Masonry Contractors Construction applies with a $15 million size standard. The Period of Performance is 365 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
