Construction of a new twin-surface, multi-use arena with a 200-300 seating capacity. Part of the proposed plan includes demolishing the Memorial Arena, which was built in the 1950s, while converting the McLaren Arena into a curling facility. TIMELINE: The project is pending funding. A feasibility study was completed by the consultant. No timeline for construction is available at this time. Update may be available in late spring, 2026.
