Construction of a new student advancement center including multipurpose space, a center for the College's VISIONS Program, a Women's Center, a scholarship office and other offices. This project consists of new construction of the Pitt Community College Student Advancement Center. The project includes the construction of a 40,000 square foot two-story building with equipment platform. Construction includes slab on grade, structural steel framing and truss system, metal panels with brick and select precast, TPO, asphalt shingle roof and metal panel roof system. Interior partitions are steel stud with gypsum board. Construction includes sprinkler, plumbing, mechanical, electrical systems along with related site development and landscaping.
