Site work, paving and new construction of an educational facility in Winterville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 34,000-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Construction of a new student advancement center including multipurpose space, a center for the College's VISIONS Program, a Women's Center, a scholarship office and other offices. This project consists of new construction of the Pitt Community College Student Advancement Center. The project includes the construction of a 40,000 square foot two-story building with equipment platform. Construction includes slab on grade, structural steel framing and truss system, metal panels with brick and select precast, TPO, asphalt shingle roof and metal panel roof system. Interior partitions are steel stud with gypsum board. Construction includes sprinkler, plumbing, mechanical, electrical systems along with related site development and landscaping. Principal trade and specialty contractors are solicited for the following Bid Packages: BP100 - General Trade, BP-105 - Final Cleaning, BP-390 - Turnkey Concrete, BP-400 - Turnkey Masonry, BP-500 - Structural Steel, BP-550 - Miscellaneous Steel, , BP740 - Roofing, BP-750 - Metal Panels, BP-790 - Caulking and Sealants, BP-800 - Doors, Frames & Hardware, BP-840 - Curtainwall and Storefront, BP-925 - Metal Studs / Drywall, BP-930 - Ceramic Tile, BP-960 - Resilient Flooring, Carpet and Base, BP-980 - Acoustical Ceilings, BP-990 - Painting and Wallcovering, BP-1005 - Division 10 Specialties, BP-1010 - Identification Devices, BP-1065 - Operable Partitions, BP-1220 - Window Treatments, BP-1230 - Finish Carpentry and Casework, BP-1420 -Elevators, BP-2100 - Fire Protection, BP-2200 - Plumbing, BP-2300 - HVAC, BP-2600 - Electrical, BP-3100 - Site Work, BP-3213 - Concrete Paving, BP-3290 - Landscaping. Additional Packages may be added and/or deleted at the discretion of the Construction Manager. Historically underutilized business participation is encouraged.
