In general, the work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for construction of the following work: Approximately 520 LF of 42-inch diameter sewer and 1,000 LF of 24-inch diameter sewer installed primarily using trenchless methods; approximately 1,100 LF of 18-inch diameter sewer, approximately 200 LF of 21-inch diameter sewer and 320 LF of 30-inch diameter sewer constructed using trenchless and open-cut methods; approximately 475 LF of 8-inch diameter pipe as a new sanitary sewer lateral; three diversion structures; two junctions structures; one vent structure; five regulator modifications; and two stormwater treatment devices. The project is located on Seymour Avenue from W. 30th Street to Scranton Road; Castle Avenue from W. 14th Street to W. 11th Street, in easement east of W. 11th Street, and within Clark Field; near 2890 W. 3rd Street; near the intersection of W. 117th Street and Edgewater Drive; and Lake Avenue near Desmond Avenue and Viking Court. A pre-bid conference will not be conducted; however, a PowerPoint presentation will be uploaded to the project-specific ShareFile site (see instructions for access, below) in late April or early May.
