Site work, remodeling, renovation and addition to a medical facility in Levis, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a 12,754-square-foot medical facility; for the addition of a 392,304-square-foot, four-story above grade medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Expansion and modernization to the URDM, endoscopic and surgery wards at the Hôtel-Dieu de Lévis Hospital: Project # 523838, No PQI_247. The planned expansion consists of: - a new four-story clinical pavilion that will house the endoscopy and operating suites, as well as the medical device reprocessing unit; - a new logistics hub for restocking services, decentralized sample reception, waste management, laundry and linen services, and the morgue. TIMELINE: Project deign is ongoing. Further project development is dependent on the government approvals. Construction is scheduled to start in 2026 with completion in mid-2029. The timelines for tendering process for sub trade packages will be finalized at a later date. Further update in spring/summer 2026. The total project is evaluated at $472,500,000. Note: Contract for moving of the telecommunications massif has been awarded to Les Constructions Bé-Con Inc following tender call #44537324; reference #1852596. Contract for a pre-purchase of temporary ventilation units has been awarded to Ingénia Technologies Inc following tender call #44537326; reference # 1840922. Contract for a pre-purchase of underground fuel storage tanks has been awarded to Services Énergétiques MT inc following tender call #44537325; reference #1841032.
