Site work and renovation of a civil project in Newport Beach, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This Project will replace the existing Bay Bridge Pump Station and replace the existing force mains with two 24-inch diameter force mains. OC SAN has acquired property rights to additional property adjacent to the existing OC SAN pump station property to build the new pump station. The new pump station will include vapor-phase and liquid-phase odor control systems and a permanent standby generator. The Project also includes the demolition of the existing pump station and abandonment of existing force mains. Estimated Bid Value: $94,750,000 A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the Contract value are required concurrently with the execution of the Contract and shall remain in effect through the warranty period. The Performance Bond and the Payment Bond are to be executed in the name of the Surety insurer under penalty of perjury duly acknowledged before an officer authorized to take and certify acknowledgements and either one of the conditions listed in the Instructions to Bidders must be satisfied.
