Bids will be held good and may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of opening. Commencement of Parking Lot Seal Coat, Crack-fill and Restriping shall be subject to the discretion of the Naperville Public Library. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to accept any or reject all bids when, in the opinion of the Owner, such action will serve the best interest of the Owner. Bids on all work of this contract shall be subject to the provisions of the Illinois and Naperville Prevailing Wage Act. Purpose: The Naperville Public Library is soliciting proposals for parking lot improvements consisting of crack fill, resealing, and restriping of partial lot at the 95 th Street Library, 3015 Cedar Glade Drive, Naperville, IL 60564 and the full lot with driveway at the Naper Blvd. Library 2035 S. Naper Blvd., Naperville, IL 60565. Scope of Work: This project involves all materials and labor for the aforementioned work at the Naper Blvd. Library and the 95 th Street Library. The successful bidder must follow all NPL safety guidelines while performing this work. The completed work at both locations must meet current applicable City of Naperville codes including ADA compliance on visibility, striping, and marking. Vendor will perform all work in a neat and orderly manner at all times. Vendor must clearly and thoroughly barricade areas during application and drying times and remove all signage and barricades as areas are completed.
