Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Naperville, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project supports the implementation of the Central Park Master Plan. This project is a the long term implementation of continued improvements to Central Park and the Community Concert Center as outlined in the approved Central Park Master Plan. Improvements include upgraded park entrances, public restrooms, water and electrical service upgrades, sidewalks and landscaping, and roadway/parking reconfiguration. Consideration of providing additional green space will be an element of the roadway/parking reconfiguration. All improvements to the park will be coordinated with the Naperville Park District. NOTE: All improvements moved out two years. Projected Timetable: Washington Street entrance and water/electrical upgrades in CY 21. Roadway/parking reconfiguration in CY 22. Sidewalk, landscaping and stormwater management in CY 23. As of February 26, 2022, this project is currently in the FY 2022-2026 CIP . Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction Fy 2023. A firm timeline has not been established; however, construction is scheduled for Fiscal Year 2023. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
