Site work, paving and new construction of a road / highway in Goodyear, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a road / highway.
The scope of this project is to extend SR303L/Estrella Fwy from Van Buren St. past Lower Buckeye Rd with an interim connection to the existing Cotton Lane north of Elwood Rd. The facility will be three lanes each direction with a graded median separation. The project includes the SB on-ramp and NB off-ramp at Van Buren St., a full TI at Yuma Rd., graded structures at Lilac St/Canyon Trails Blvd and Lower Buckeye Rd. There will be a two lane, one-way frontage road between Elwood St and Van Buren St. and existing Cotton Lane will be replaced the the SR303L mainline. As of August 19, 2025, this project is in the early conceptual phase. Information regarding a design team and the contractor selection has not been disclosed.
