Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Elk Grove, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of May 11, 2022 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on May 25, 2022. The proposed Work shall be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications and other Contract Documents and shall include but not be limited to the following: provide roadway widening, resurfacing of existing pavement, and installation of Class II bike lanes along portions of Waterman Road between Bond Road and Grant Line Road and Elk Grove Florin Road between Elk Grove Boulevard. and Valley Oak Lane. The Project includes installation of ADA ramps, minor traffic signal Work, and installation of a mid-block crossing with a rectangular rapid flashing beacon (Work). The Opinion of Probable Cost (OPC) for the work is $5,730,000. Construction License: Bidder must possess a current valid Class "A" General Engineering Contractor's Licenses issued by the State of California.
