All work is to be completed in 240 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed pursuant to the Construction Documents prepared by Burns Wald-Hopkins Shambach Architects, dated July 18, 2019. The total construction cost of this project is estimated at $2,250,000 to $2,750,000. Bids must be accompanied by an original bid guarantee of ten percent (10%) of the TOTAL BID amount.
