Proposers may submit written questions concerning this RFQ to Abby Dolan via email at Abby.Dolan@charlottenc.gov. Questions received after the stated deadline in the Schedule of Events will not be answered. No oral statement of any person shall modify or otherwise change or affect the terms, conditions, specifications, or any other item stated in the RFQ. Changes, interpretations, and clarifications considered necessary by the Owner in response to questions received will be issued by Addenda. Addenda shall be made in writing only and posted online The anticipated budget for the Project is $13 million. Proposers are encouraged to contact the Charlotte Business INClusion (CBI) Liaison for assistance or clarification with issues specifically related to the City's CBI Program. The point of contact is CorDeija Horne, who may be reached via email at CorDeija.Horne@charlottenc.gov. Please contact the owner for bidding documents. Minority, Women, Small Business Enterprise (MWSBE) Participation Plan describing Proposers approach and past history with MWSBE inclusion for similar projects, as well as the proposed utilization of MWSBEs proposed to perform a commercially useful function under the scope of this contract. 10%
