Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Hereford, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 20,000-square-foot office development.
City of Hereford is requesting proposals for a Stipulated Sum Contract relating to new construction of a 20,000 square foot Civic Center and associated sitework Selection shall be through a one-step selection process, as set out in Texas Government Code, Chapter 2267, Subchapter. City of Hereford reserves the right to reject, in its sole discretion, any or all proposals submitted in response to the RFP, or any part of any proposal and/or waive minor technicalities. The City reserves the right to negotiate any or all proposals at any time after opening. The City will award a contract, if any, that serves the best interests of the City of Hereford. The City's waiver of any deviations in any proposal will not constitute a modification of this RFP and will not preclude City from asserting all rights against the awarded entity for failure to fully comply with all terms and conditions of the RFP. All proposals in response to the RFP become the property of the City and may be subject to release to any requester under the provisions of the Texas Public Information Act, Chapter 552 of the Texas Government Code, and Attorney General Opinions issued under that statute. City may re-issue another RFP for the services as described in this RFP or similar services at any time.
