Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Cochrane, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 108-room elderly care / assisted living facility.
Construction of a replacement for the existing Big Hill Lodge facility located at 98 Carolina Drive. The new facility will consist of approximately 90 - 110 of mixed studio and 1 bedroom units and provide amenities and common areas typical of modern supportive living accommodation, including a commercial kitchen and laundry and common dining, activity, support and spiritual areas as well as administrative offices. TIMELINE: This project is on hold pending provincial funding. Further update may be available in 2026.
