Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Corning, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility.
Project consists of a new pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) as follows: The new Highway Shop will be a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) system located on Corduroy Road and be used primarily for highway maintenance vehicles and light maintenance work. The footprint is 56'-0" x 95'-0" (5,320 s.f.). The Site Work will be mostly done by the Owner and the structure of the building will consist of concrete foundations and a structural steel frame. The building envelope consists of prefabricated metal wall and roof systems. Mechanical work consists of providing code required ventilation, exhaust, and heating. Piping for a future radiant floor heating system will also be provided. Plumbing systems for the Building consists of sewer, vent, water services, and distribution for a service sink and trench drain. Provide propane distribution piping system for radiant heaters. Building plumbing service will extend to 5'-0" outside foundation wall. Electrical Work consists of power and lighting.
