Demolition, site work and new construction of an office development in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 382,000-square-foot, 11-story above grade office development.
Demolition began on June 18, 2018 and construction on the new office began in late September 2018. The building will open in 2020. A parking ramp at 501 Fourth Ave. S. in downtown Minneapolis will be torn down to make way for a 10-story, 382,000-square-foot office tower. The city hopes to achieve Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Gold-level certification for the new building. LEED Gold is the U.S. Green Building Council's second-highest certification level for resource-efficient buildings.
