Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Tucson, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

This project is funded partially by U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Regional Transportation Alternatives Grant. Respondents will be subject to ADOT Registration and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements and reporting. Please review these requirements carefully. The Project consists of adding and reconstructing sidewalk, curb, and curb ramps to provide continuous ADA compliant sidewalks that improve pedestrian safety. Estimated cost for the project is between $950,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The project shall be complete and in place within 120 working days from Notice to Proceed. A minimum goal of 4.46% for participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) as a percentage of the total amount of the projects bid schedule. Contractors must have the appropriate license issued by the State of Arizona Registrar of Contractors by the end of the sixtieth (60th) calendar day after bid opening.
