Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Henderson, Nevada. Completed plans call for the construction of a 7,000-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Question Deadline 08/11/2025 at 12:00 PM PT The City construction estimate is between $7,500,000 and $8,000,000 (based on available funding) . Anticipated scope of construction to be evaluated shall include: a new Visitor Center (approximately 7,000sf) with classrooms/multi-purpose space, restrooms for visitors and staff, lobby/information area, vestibule, retail space with library, indoor interpretive area, covered outdoor interpretive area, and a gathering / exhibit space. The site improvements include a new entry drive to the project on the north side of the property, parking lot / bus staging area, installation of entry sidewalks, and paving interior trails. The City requires the use of LCP tracker software for the submission of certified payrolls by the CMAR and all of its subcontractors. The State of Nevada, Public Works Projects Prevailing Wage Rates shall be strictly adhered to, and in accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 338 and Nevada Administrative Code Chapter 338 in performing work under this Contract. The law provides that no less than the prevailing hourly wages determined by the Office of the Labor Commissioner shall be paid by a contractor or subcontractor. The City reserves the right to contact references (two page maximum including photos, per project). *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
