Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Emeryville, California. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of April 22, 2019, this project has not yet been awarded. It is expected to be awarded on 5/21/2019. City seeks contractor to build project consisting of 227' Steel Arch Suspension Bridge, 43' reinforced concrete single span bridge, Connection to and modification of a private steel automobile bridge, reinforced concrete support columns, approach ramps and stairways. Haz Mat remediation, sewer and storm drain relocation. Minority quotes requested: M/W/DBE,DVBE, SBE GCC may require Payment and Performance Bonds for all Subcontracts over $25,000.00 per California Public Contract Code Section 4108. OCC will pay bond premiums up to 1 1/2% of Contract Cost. C.C.C. is a Union Contractor. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign a job agreement for trades covered under our agreements.
