The new building is to be designed with a contemporary expression of Coast Salish design and contain public washrooms and changing areas, concession area for seasonal sale of food, a First Nations feasthouse/multi-purpose meeting space, and storage areas related to building function, with outdoor space as extension of the building. TIMELINE: The project is proposed as part of the owner's Capital Plan. Project construction timeline is unavailable at this time. Further update in summer 2025. Budget is unreleased.
