NOTE: A construction project over $200,000 requires a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid offer. A Payment and Performance Bond shall be submitted by Successful Bidder for 100% of the award amount and shall be presented to Manatee County within ten (10) calendar days of issuance of the notice of intent to award. Any sole response received by the first submission date may or may not be rejected by County depending on available competition and current needs of County. For all items combined, the bid of the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder will be accepted, unless all bids are rejected. Procurement Division Multiple schedules for completion of Work shall be considered. Two bids shall be submitted and considered, Bid 'A1 based on 360 calendar days completion time and Bid 'B' based on 420 calendar days completion time.
