Kellogg Park is located along the east side of Squaw Valley Road between Bridger Street and Kings Way in the Town of Pahrump. Off-site work shall consist of constructing approximately 400 feet of Squaw Valley Road and 340 feet of Bridger Street. Roadway work will include asphaltic concrete pavement, gravel shoulder with graded roadside ditches, and reinforced concrete valley gutter crossings. On-site park improvements include rough grading for a dog park, open grassed area, 8-foot wide pedestrian trail with drainage ditches, parking lot, restroom and horseshoe pit areas; parking lot improvements including bituminous concrete pavement, curb and gutter, handicap parking stalls, pedestrian curb ramps, reserved parking signs, and pavement markings; and construction of an 8-foot wide graveled pedestrian trail with electrical conduit, exterior area lighting luminaries, concrete sidewalk, domestic waterline, drainage culverts, restroom building with an on-site sewage disposal system, horseshoe pits, fenced dog park, irrigation system and landscape vegetation.
