Renovation of a municipal facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Work will be accomplished under a single Prime Contract to include general, mechanical and electrical construction. The Bidder is required to include base bid sum(s), alternate bid sum(s) and unit prices in the Bidder's Proposal. Bidders are alerted that all contractors and subcontractors involved in this project shall comply with the requirements of the Labor Standards Provisions as indicated within the Section 00 72 13 -General Conditions of the Contract for Construction If awarded a contract, each successful Bidder shall be required to furnish both Performance and Payment Bonds. Hennepin County reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any informalities and irregularities in the bidding. As of April 18, 2019, this project has not yet been rebid. A firm timeline for rebidding has not been established.
