Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Apex, North Carolina. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This project provides additional funding for an existing water line replacement project on Chatham Street. The scope has been amended to include roadway widening and sidewalk connection. The pedestrian improvements portion of this project is incorporated into the General Fund Transportation Element of the CIP document. The project is included in the town's 2021-2025 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of February 25, 2021, the project is in design. No information regarding a general contractor or the method of selection thereof has been established at this time. Construction is anticipated to take place in the summer of 2021.
