Site work and addition to a water / sewer project in Dublin, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the addition of a water / sewer project.
The City of Dublin Ohio will receive sealed bids for the materials and labor necessary for the construction of the Sanitary Sewer Extensions Areas 4B, 4C; Water Line Extensions Areas 4B, 4C and Bright Road Cul-De-Sac. Bids shall be received by the City of Dublin at 6555 Shier-Rings Road, Dublin Ohio 43016 until 11:00 A.M. local time on Thursday, November 14, 2019 at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud. Bid documents will not be available until 8:00 A.M. Thursday, October 31, 2019. The City of Dublin may choose to not award the bid and bidders shall hold bids open until sixty days after the bid opening. The work for which bids are invited consists of: Constructing 3,772 ft. of 8-inch sanitary sewer; 75 ft. of 12-inch water line and 2,583 ft. of 8-inch water line; asphalt planning; asphalt paving; cement stabilization of subgrade; and storm sewer. The cost estimate for the Project is $2,800,000.00.
