As of June 17, 2024, this project's design is complete and the general contractor has been selected. Construction start is set for September 2024. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Concord is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide engineering services for basin improvements on the flocculation and sedimentation basins at the Hillgrove Water Treatment Plant (WTP). Basin improvements, including the addition of plate settlers, valving re-configuration to provide isolation, the addition of rapid mix, and concrete repair are needed to improve reliability and process performance. Questions concerning the scope of this project should be directed in writing to Ryan LeClear, Purchasing Manager at the address below.
