Provide a new cabling and panels for new street lighting. Replace 6 high mast apron lighting systems including, multiple lights per pole. Upgrade Main Electrical panel in Building 102. Demolish existing overhead service. Targeted Business Enterprise (TBE) participation goal for this project is 25 percent. Bidders who submit a bid shall obtain documents and be a plan holder of record at bid express. Bids from bidders who are not on the plan holders list will be rejected As being non-responsive. Prime contractors shall be qualified prior to submitting a bid in accordance with chapter 43 of milwaukee county ordinance. Bids shall remain open to acceptance for a period of 60 days after bid due date.
