Demolition, site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Hodgenville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; for the demolition of a stadium; for the construction of a stadium; for site work for a stadium; educational facility; educational facility; for the addition of a educational facility; and educational facility.

The project consists of new restrooms and concessions for a future Phase 2 Gymnasium, new greenhouse and headhouse, demolition of the existing football stadium and press box, infrastructure for a new football stadium and press box (separate Cooperative Purchase Agreement), and generator and intercom replacement at the high school. Project cost range is anticipated to be under $1,800, 000.00. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bids received after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids will be returned unopened to the bidders. Any bids not submitted on the proper form shall not be considered. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. Work is subject to liquidated damages as indicated in Section 006100- Supplementary Instructions to Bidders. Project Location: 925 S. Lincoln Blvd., Hodgenville, KY 42748
