Construction of a new one-story 2,600 SF pre-engineered metal building addition, concrete foundation, brick veneer and metal siding panels, standing seam metal roof all to match existing material finishes and color. The front canopy will be extended to provide continuous coverage from the front door of the barber shop to the mini-mart and all incidental related building structure work. Related Civil Site work around the new building addition consist of new concrete walks, re-routing of underground storm piping and existing Landscape protection. The intent of this pre-solicitation synopsis is to notify potential offerors of an 8(a) set-aside Design-Build / Design-Bid-Build Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for activities within the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States, primarily in support of Air Station Oceana, Joint Exepeditionary Base Little Creek-Ft. Story and Naval Air Station Yorktown, located in the Hampton Roads area, Virginia. Construction projects to be performed under this MACC will primarily consist of general building type projects and may be either design-bid-build or design-build.
