Renovation of a religious / funeral development in Montreal, Quebec. Working plans call for the renovation of a religious / funeral development.
Alterations to the building. The scope of the project includes the redevelopment of the dome and the basilica to give access to the interior of the basilica dome and create an observatory at its summit. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. The completion of previous phases of the project followed in the report under CRM ID name Oratoire Saint-Joseph Renovation - Phases A2 and A3 is anticipated in spring/summer 2025. The delays in the project implementation accumulated during previous years will necessarily require an increase of project budget and postpone this phase construction. Timelines for a tender for the general contractor of this phase 4 and construction are not finalized.
