Only tenders presented on the documents specially prepared for this purpose and which will be found to comply with the conditions listed in the tender documents will be considered. 3. Tenders must be delivered to the Clerk in a sealed envelope, be clearly identified on the outer envelope with the number of the tender and the name of the tenderer and be presented on the documents prepared for this purpose.
