Description

Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Whitehorse, Yukon Territory. Completed plans call for the construction of a 11,721-square-foot, two-story above grade fire / police facility.

This is an ambitious project with the aim to replace an old, energy inefficient building by renovating the existing Motorways Garage at 105 Black Street to meet the growing community needs for municipal protective services. The existing steel structure and concrete slab will be incorporated, with modifications, into a new building in accordance with the Contract Documents and Bylaws.
