**As of October 9, 2020, project was awarded to Kennedy / Jenks for $581,460.74. Phase 1 Estimated Price: $500,000 Phase 1 Estimated Period of Performance: 24 months Total Estimated Price (all phases): $1,200,000 Total Estimated Period of Performance: 72 months The purpose of this contract is to provide construction management related services to King County Department of Natural Resources and Parks, Wastewater Treatment Division ("County") for the West Point Treatment Plant (WPTP) Low Pressure Sludge Gas (LSG) Pipe Replacement project to bring the corroded LSG piping system into a safe and reliable condition through rehabilitating the existing piping network. The contract is anticipated to be phased as follows, as detailed below in the Scope of Work: Phase 1: Pre-Construction Services and Services During Construction - anticipated duration 24 months Phase 2: Services During Construction (2023 through 2024) - anticipated duration 24 months Phase 3: Services During Construction (2025 through 2026) - anticipated duration 24 months This Scope of Work reflects the County's current understanding of the work; however it may be updated during negotiations Interviews, if applicable: August 25, 2020
