The Work under this contract includes converting Broadway Street NE from a four-lane roadway to a three-lane roadway with a continuous center turn-lane and bike lanes including intersection improvements at the Broadway Street NE and Pine Street NE intersection. Prequalification: Bidders are required to be prequalified by ODOT for the following work classifications: - AB - Aggregate Base - ACP - Asphalt Concrete Paving and Oiling - ELEC - Electrical - PCP - Portland Cement Concrete Paving Applications for Prequalification shall be submitted to ODOT no later than 10 days prior to the bid closing/opening date. No pre-Bid Conference is schedule for this project. Bid security in the amount of 10 percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
