WORK DESCRIPTION: The Work under this contract includes the removal and installation of signal heads, traffic signal signage modifications, and installation of new arms and fixtures on new and existing Portland General Electric (PGE) wood poles, new fiberglass poles, and new aluminum poles. The Work also includes the installation of conduit, wiring, junction boxes, bicycle markings, and other appurtenant work. No pre-Bid Conference is schedule for this project. The City of Salem ("City") reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to postpone the award of the contract for thirty (30) days.
