The Work under this contract includes constructing traffic signal safety enhancements on local roads throughout the City of Salem, City of Keizer, and Marion County. The traffic signal enhancements include temporary traffic control, replacing existing signal heads, installing retroreflective backplates, replacing signal field wiring, and replacing signal controller unit. Bidders are required to be prequalified by ODOT for the following work classifications: ELEC - Electrical Applications for Prequalification shall be submitted to ODOT no later than 10 days prior to the Bid Closing date. See 00120.00 for more information No pre-bid conference is scheduled for this project. Your bid must be uploaded prior to the Closing Date and Time. The City strongly recommends that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before the closing date and time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. The City accepts no responsibility for non-receipt and/or delays in receipt caused by transmission and reception problems, equipment failure, or any other similar cause. Each bid is instantly sealed and will only be visible to the City after the closing date and time.
