Site Preparation & Demolition: Work shall include site clearing, installation of erosion control measures,and removal of existing baseball field fencing, removal of an existing concrete stem wall at the larger baseball field backstop, removal of existing asphalt and concrete paving, and removal and salvage of existing irrigation heads and equipment as described in plans and specifications Pavements and Hardscape Improvements: Work shall include construction of new 6- foot high chain link outfield and line fencing and gates, and new 10-foot high chain link line and dugout fencing and gates at baseball fields, installation of a 20-foot high backstop chain link fence replacement at the smaller baseball field, construction of a new 20-foot high backstop at the larger baseball field, construction of new concrete walk paving around the baseball fields, and installation of new 6-foot high chain link fencing and gates around the two base bid soccer fields, including grading and drainage modifications required to implement the base bid items, as described in plans and specifications Landscape and Irrigation Improvements: Work will include the installation of site fill and soil amendments, laser grading, installation of new and salvaged irrigation equipment, and installation of new turf hydromulch as described in plans and specifications.
