Rodgers-Holt Brothers will accept Trade Contractor prequalification applications for the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools Shamrock Gardens Elementary School - Replacement for the following trades: Building Demolition and Abatement, Complete Concrete Sub and Superstructures, Masonry, Structural and Miscellaneous Steel, Roofing and Accessories, Glass and Metal Panel Assemblies, Passage Door Assemblies, Drywall Assemblies, Acoustical Assemblies, Hard Tile, Floor Coverings - Resilient and Carpeting, Painting, Specialties, Signage, Operable Partitions, Visual Display Surfaces and Audio-Visual Equipment, Food Service Equipment, Theatrical Equipment, Prefabricated Structures (Canopies), Window Treatments, Casework and Millwork, Library Casework, Elevators, General Works, Final Cleaning, Fire Protection, Plumbing Systems, HVAC Systems, Test and Balance, Electrical, Complete Sitework, Aggregate Piers, Landscape and Irrigation, Fencing. The project is a replacement of the existing Shamrock Gardens Elementary School. The new building is approximately 102,000 SQFT, including a 3-level classroom wing and 1-story for the common areas.
