Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Meridian, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Work shall consist of widening Linder Road to 5 lanes with curb, gutter, sidewalk, and bike lanes between Franklin Road and Pine Avenue. The work shall also consist of expanding bridge #1120 and signal improvements at the Franklin Road and Linder Road intersection. The Union Pacific Railroad crossing will be upgraded concurrently with the project by Boise Valley Railroad. Contractor coordination with UPRR/Boise Valley Railroad will be required. ACHD reserves the right to reject all proposals, or reject any proposal not conforming to the intent and purpose of the contract documents whenever such action appears to be in the best interest of ACHD. Expected Contract Bonding Requirement: Less than $2,500,000.00.
