Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Garden City, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

Project will consist of reconstructing and widening State Street from North Hertford Way to West Ellens Ferry Drive. Includes Pierce Park intersection re-alignment and signal work, concrete and asphalt paving, curb, gutter, multi-use pathways, bio-retention swales and storm water system. Project also includes water line installation on south side of State Street from Riverside Street to approximately North McKensie Drive (The River Club). Each Bidder shall inform their self of, and the Bidder awarded a contract shall comply with, all Federal, State, and local laws, statutes and ordinances relative to the execution of the work. This requirement includes, but is not limited to, applicable regulations concerning minimum wage rates; non-discrimination in the employment of labour; protection of public and employee safety and health; environmental protection; the protection of natural resources; fire protection; burning and non-burning requirements; permits, fees and similar requirements Proposals must be accompanied by an original or photocopy or electronic version, e.g. PDF, FAX, etc. of certified check, cashier's check, or a bid bond (collectively referred to hereafter as "Bid Security") issued by a surety authorized to issue such bonds in the State of Idaho, in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the proposal submitted. The Bid Security shall be given as a guarantee that the Bidder will not withdraw their proposal for a period of 60-days after bid opening, unless stated in the ITB, and that, if awarded the contract, the successful Bidder will execute the attached contract and furnish the performance bond, payment bond, and insurance herein specified. This Public Works project is not financed in whole or in part by Federal Aid funds. Bid proposals will be accepted only from those contractors including prime contractors, subcontractors and/or specialty contractors, who, prior to bid, hold current licenses as public works contractors in the State of Idaho. A Type 1, 2, or 4 License is required for ACHD contract work. A Type 4 License shall include the appropriate "specialty" categories related to roadway construction.
