Construction is expected to begin Spring 2020. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Town of Erie, Colorado is requesting Statement of Qualifications for design services for the North Water Reclamation Facility Expansion. The scope includes design and preparation of Bid Documents necessary to increase the hydraulic capacity of the North Water Reclamation Facility (NWRF) from the current 1.95 MGD to 3.6 MGD and increase the organic capacity from 5,372 lbs. BOD/day to 7,750 lbs. BOD/day. The NWRF is an Integrated Fixed-Film activated Sludge (IFAS) facility designed with biological nutrient removal (nitrogen and phosphorous), and lime stabilization class A solids processing. This is not a solicitation for proposals. No guarantees, expressed or implied, are made that the proposed schedule in this Request for Qualification (RFQ) will be followed or that the Project will be constructed as described. The Town reserves the right to modify or delete the project. Firms responding to this RFQ do so at their own risk and option and, therefore, assume full responsibility for all associated costs. Up to five design firms will be selected in accordance with the procedures and criteria contained in this RFQ and invited to submit Design Proposals for the Towns consideration. The detailed requirements for the RFP will be provided to the pre-qualified design firms selected from the RFQ process. Questions submitted prior to the PreQualification Meeting will be answered and included in the Pre-Qualification Agenda.
